The Help Desk offers both quick-fix and fee-based services to help you get your computer running or running better than before. Use the Help Desk for:
- faculty or staff home computers
- student computers purchased outside of UD
- conveniences -- like data back-up -- for students
- student peripheral devices such as printer or PDAs

Payment Method
The only method of payment that is accepted at the help desk is Flyer Express.
All members of the University of Dayton community — students, faculty and staff— are eligible to obtain a OneCard and open a Flyer Express account. To add money to your campus OneCard, Visit flyerexpress.udayton.edu and select "Deposit Flyer Express." Or you may visit the Bursar's Office in Saint Mary's Hall, Room 105.
