On-Campus Housing

Current law students have a variety of housing options available in the Dayton area. Rental units are available in a host of apartment complexes as well as in private homes, town homes and condominiums in the Miami Valley. The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid keeps a list of general information and private housing ads. See the rack outside or office or visit Verna Marable in 112 Keller Hall. You may also check our Housing Brochure and visit the following sites:

Off-Campus Housing

These units are typically offered only to only entering students, but sometimes have openings for upper-level students. Plumwood Terrace contains efficiencies, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments that are furnished.  L-Street apartments offer a limited number of efficiency units for rent.  These furnished units are approximately three blocks from  the School of Law and include the cost of utilities, cable, and high speed internet.  Visit the School of Law Office of Admissions and Financial Aid if you wish to explore this option.
