On-Campus Housing
Current law students have a variety of housing options available in the Dayton area. Rental units are available in a host of apartment complexes as well as in private homes, town homes and condominiums in the Miami Valley. The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid keeps a list of general information and private housing ads. See the rack outside or office or visit Verna Marable in 112 Keller Hall. Off-Campus Housing
These units are typically offered only to only entering students, but sometimes have openings for upper-level students. Plumwood Terrace contains efficiencies, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments that are furnished. L-Street apartments offer a limited number of efficiency units for rent. These furnished units are approximately three blocks from the School of Law and include the cost of utilities, cable, and high speed internet.
