Microsoft E-Learning Courses
UD Faculty, staff and students have access to Microsoft.com online courses covering Microsoft applications and operating systems, delivered in several languages.
Access Microsoft E-Learning
Step 1
Request the access codes for
UD's account by e-mailing IT Training at
training@notes.udayton.edu.

Step 2
Create a Microsoft LIVE account
that uses your Lotus Notes e-mail address by visiting http://home.live.com/ and selecting Sign
Up.
Step 3
Activate your Microsoft
E-Learning account at:
https://business.microsoftelearning.com/activate/
1. This site will ask for the access codes you received from
Step 1, above. There are two codes you may use - one for
applications and one for operating system information.
Please note: the access codes are case sensitive.
2. When
prompted, sign in with your Windows Live (TM) ID.
3. You
will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Click the
e-mailed web link to complete the e-mail confirmation and
activate your courses (you will be prompted to sign in again
with your Windows Live ID)
4. A confirmation page appears
indicating that the access code has been accepted.
Step 4
Take a Microsoft E-Learning
Course!
1. Go to https://business.microsoftelearning.com/
2. Select the "My Learning" link to see a list of available
courses. Select a course title to launch the offering.
Step 5
Access your activated courses
at any time.
1. Return to https://business.microsoftelearning.com/
2.
Select the sign-in button in the upper right corner of the page
and enter your Windows Live ID.
3. Select "My Learning
Catalog" on the left side of the page under Customer
Login.
4. Continue your E-Learning course.
